YOUR DATA RIGHTS

Last updated: 21 June 2026  ·  rocketFLOW Studios Ltd  ·  England & Wales

Under UK data protection law, you have a number of rights over the personal data rocketFLOW Studios Ltd holds about you. This page explains what those rights are, how to use them, and what to expect when you do.

To exercise any right, email information@rocketflowstudios.com with the subject line: Data Subject Request.

Your Rights

1. Right to be informed

We must tell you clearly what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

2. Right of access (Subject Access Request)

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and to receive a copy of that data along with information about how it is used.

3. Right to rectification

If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.

4. Right to erasure

You can ask us to delete your personal data where it is no longer necessary, where you withdraw consent and no other lawful basis applies, or where processing is unlawful.

5. Right to restriction of processing

You can ask us to pause processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example while accuracy is disputed or an objection is being assessed.

6. Right to data portability

Where we process your data by automated means based on your consent or a contract, you may ask us to provide your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

7. Right to object

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.

8. Rights relating to automated decision-making

CineCoord may assist with classification and prioritisation, but final talent approval and production decisions always involve human review. If you have questions about automated processing, contact us.

9. Right to withdraw consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

10. Right to complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or call 0303 123 1113.

How to Submit a Request

  • Email: information@rocketflowstudios.com
  • Subject line: Data Subject Request

What Happens Next

  • We will log your request and send an acknowledgement with a reference number (RF-DSR-...).
  • We may ask for proportionate identity verification — for example confirming the email address used when applying.
  • If your request is unclear or too broad, we may contact you for clarification. We will do this promptly and without unnecessary delay.
  • We will respond without undue delay and normally within one calendar month.
  • Where a request is complex or you have made multiple requests, we may extend the response period by up to two further months. We will tell you within the first month if this applies.

If We Need Clarification

If we contact you to clarify your request and do not receive a response within 30 days, we may close the request and notify you in writing. You retain the right to resubmit your request at any time. If you believe we have handled your request incorrectly, you may complain to the ICO.
