2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

3. Website Information

The website provides general information about rocketFLOW Studios, its intended services, talent network, production workflows and CineCoord platform. Content may change as the business develops.

Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer, guaranteed quotation, employment promise, investment advice or legal advice.

4. Studio and Project Enquiries

Submitting a contact, estimate or start-project form does not create a contract or oblige rocketFLOW Studios Ltd to accept work.

Any project will require separate written terms, which may include a proposal, statement of work, pricing, schedule, confidentiality obligations, security requirements, deliverables, review limits, payment terms and intellectual-property provisions.

Until both parties sign the relevant project agreement, no production capacity, price, delivery date or artist allocation is guaranteed.

5. Talent Applications

Submitting a talent application does not create an employment, worker, agency or contractor relationship with rocketFLOW Studios Ltd.

Application does not guarantee:

  • shortlisting;
  • a test shot;
  • approval;
  • production-ready status;
  • paid work;
  • minimum hours, income or project allocation.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete technical review, a test shot, identity or setup checks, and legal documentation before final approval.

6. Artist Engagements

No artist will receive confidential client material or begin paid production work until the required NDA, contractor, confidentiality, intellectual-property and payment terms have been signed.

Artists engaged as independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, software licences and legal obligations in their country of residence, except where a signed agreement states otherwise.

rocketFLOW Studios may suspend or end an engagement where quality, security, availability, conduct or contractual standards are not met.

7. Test Shots and Assessments

Where a test shot is used for assessment, its purpose, permitted use, confidentiality status and whether it is paid or unpaid should be stated before the test begins.

Test materials must not be shared, published or reused without written permission.

8. CineCoord

CineCoord is currently an internal operational platform used by rocketFLOW Studios. External SaaS licensing has not yet been commercially validated.

Any future external use will be subject to separate SaaS terms, service levels, acceptable-use rules, data-processing provisions, pricing and support terms.

Platform outputs, including AI-assisted classifications and recommendations, are operational aids and remain subject to human review.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, workflows, branding, software and platform materials are owned by, licensed to or used by rocketFLOW Studios Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit website or platform materials without prior written permission, except where law permits.

Client and artist intellectual-property ownership will be governed by the relevant signed agreement.

10. Confidentiality

You must not disclose confidential information received from rocketFLOW Studios, its clients, artists or partners. Confidential information includes project names, footage, scripts, assets, shot details, credentials, commercial information and internal workflows.

Additional confidentiality obligations may apply under a separate NDA or contract.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • attempt unauthorised access to the website, platform or connected systems;
  • upload malware or harmful code;
  • submit false, misleading or infringing material;
  • impersonate another person or company;
  • interfere with service availability or security;
  • use website content or data for unlawful purposes.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The website and platform may use or link to third-party services such as Notion, Cloudinary, Zoho, Railway, Twilio, Anthropic and OpenAI. rocketFLOW Studios Ltd does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent availability, content or policies.

13. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the website or CineCoord will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, pages or services for maintenance, security, legal or commercial reasons.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, rocketFLOW Studios Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website, reliance on general website information, third-party service failure, or unauthorised use contrary to these terms.

Liability relating to a paid client project, artist engagement or future SaaS subscription will be governed by the relevant signed agreement.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data-protection enquiries should be sent to information@rocketflowstudios.com.

16. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, that does not mean the right is waived.

17. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to an individual user.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business, website or legal requirements develop. The date at the top will show the latest version.
