Assignment and Onboarding
The approved artist or team receives the brief, file-access process, communication route and delivery requirements.
Coordinate, Review and Deliver
Progress, questions, dependencies, client feedback, revisions and delivery are coordinated through the rocketFLOW Coordination Layer. Internal review is applied where included in the agreed delivery model.
Where managed review is included: artist submission → internal review → retake if required → client review → coordinated revisions → final client approval and delivery closeout.

Managed Specialist Teams
You provide the overall brief and review direction. rocketFLOW assembles the team, coordinates capacity and communication, tracks progress and supports delivery and escalation.
Managed Project Delivery
You provide the brief, references, schedule and approvals. rocketFLOW coordinates allocation, production updates, internal review where agreed, client revisions and final delivery.
